01 · Who we are and what this policy covers
Domino Carte (the “Game”) is published by BELLE GAMING HUB, operated by Emilio Rafael Diaz Ayala (“we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how the Game and the pages at this website handle information.
For a privacy question, request or concern, contact [email protected]. This policy is effective from 9 October 2026. This website edition was published on 21 October 2026.
02 · Scope
This policy applies to the Android version of the Game and to the static pages served from this website. It does not apply to a third-party app store, browser, device operating system, email provider or any other service you use to find, install or contact us about the Game. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Where this policy says “the Game”, it means the playable Domino Carte application. Where it says “this website”, it means the landing, privacy and terms pages published for the Game.
03 · What the Game stores on your device
The Game is designed to work offline. It keeps a small amount of game state in app-private storage on your device so that your progress survives leaving the app. The saved record can contain:
- which tables you have completed, and the best star rating for each;
- your best scores and the next table available to play;
- an unfinished garden, including its board state and remaining moves;
- your music and motion preferences;
- the fact that you have accepted the Privacy Policy, so that the consent screen is not shown again; and
- a local record of whether hints have been used on the current table.
This is gameplay state, not an identity record. It does not include your name, email address, precise location, advertising identifier or any other information that identifies you personally. It stays in the storage area controlled by the Game on your device and is not transmitted to us. Automatic cloud backup and device transfer of this save are disabled.
04 · What we do not collect
The Game does not ask for, collect or transmit:
- your name, postal address, email address or telephone number;
- your contacts, calendar, photos, videos, microphone audio, camera images or files;
- your SMS or MMS messages;
- GPS, precise or coarse location data;
- health data, biometric data or financial account data;
- the list of apps installed on your device;
- an advertising identifier or a cross-site tracking identifier; or
- a record of how you play, beyond the local save described above.
This version of the Game includes no advertising, tracking, analytics or third-party data-collection SDKs. It requests no camera, location, microphone, contacts, storage or advertising-ID access. Gameplay does not intentionally collect personal information.
05 · This website
These pages are static. They load their styles, display font, images and icons from this website; they do not call an advertising network, analytics service, CDN or remote font host. The website sets no advertising cookies and contains no third-party tracking scripts.
If you open the pages from a hosted server, the hosting provider may process routine technical request data — such as an IP address, user agent, requested URL and time of request — to deliver the page and protect the service. That processing is controlled by the hosting provider's own policy. We do not combine it with gameplay data, and the Game does not send a copy of that data to us.
The website contains links to an email address. Following such a link opens your own email application; it does not send a message until you choose to send it.
06 · Optional support email
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in the message — for example your device model, Android version, a description of a problem or a screenshot you attach. We use that information to respond to your request, to investigate a defect and to keep a record of the support conversation.
We do not add support addresses to a marketing list and do not sell them. We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed for your request, our record-keeping and any applicable legal obligation. Your email provider and ours also process the message under their own terms and privacy policies, and their systems may store or route it outside your country.
You are never required to email us, and the Game never sends an email automatically.
07 · Keeping and deleting data
Local gameplay records remain on your device until you:
- use Reset Saved Progress inside the Game;
- clear the Game's data in Android settings; or
- uninstall the Game.
Resetting gameplay keeps your music and motion choices, but clears completed tables, stars, scores and the unfinished board. It does not delete support email held outside the Game. Because the Game has no server-side account or gameplay database, there is no separate copy for us to retrieve or delete.
Support correspondence is kept only as described in section 06. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove information that could identify you.
08 · Your choices and rights
You can remove the Game's local data without contacting us by using Reset Saved Progress, clearing app data in Android, or uninstalling the Game. You can also stop all processing by the Game by uninstalling it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive information in a portable form; and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Because we do not operate an account system or hold a gameplay database, we may not be able to identify you in our records. You can still contact [email protected] and we will explain what applies.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent when you choose to send us an email, and on our legitimate interests in responding to support requests, keeping the Game secure and maintaining necessary business records. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
09 · Children
The Game is a general-audience puzzle and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has sent personal information to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete the information that we can identify. Where local law requires a parent or guardian to agree to a digital service on a child's behalf, that consent is required before the child uses the Game.
10 · Storage and security
Local game data is kept in the Game's app-private storage and benefits from Android's app sandbox and device access protections. We do not claim special encryption of the local save, and no method of storage is completely secure. Email is transmitted through your provider and ours; it is not end-to-end encrypted by the Game, so please do not include sensitive information in a support message.
If this website is served over HTTPS, the connection between your browser and the hosting server is encrypted in transit. The static pages do not contain a login, payment form or other place to submit personal information.
11 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the Game's data practices change — for example, if a future version adds a network feature, an online service or a third-party SDK. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will make that clear in the updated notice and, where appropriate, in the Game before the change takes effect.
If a future version adds data-collection services, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
