01 · Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and BELLE GAMING HUB, operated by Emilio Rafael Diaz Ayala (“we”, “us” or “our”), for the use of Domino Carte, including the playable Android application and these pages (together, the “Game”). By installing, opening or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Game and uninstall it. These Terms take effect on 21 October 2026. They do not replace any mandatory rights you have under the consumer law of your country or region.

02 · What Domino Carte is

Domino Carte is a single-player domino puzzle. Each planter covers two neighbouring squares, and the goal is to fill every open soil square on a six-by-six garden board without moving stones or fixed planters. The Game contains twenty handcrafted tables arranged in four chapters, a local star score and a local save.

The Game is not a betting service, gambling service, casino, lottery or financial product. It does not accept money, place a wager, hold a real-money balance or pay out cash or anything else of monetary value. No outcome in the Game represents a real-world chance of winning money.

This version contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. It is designed to play offline and does not require an account.

03 · Eligibility

You may use the Game only if you are old enough to enter into this agreement where you live, or if a parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms for you. The Game is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly allow children to use it where local law requires parental consent.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Game is lawful where you live, and for any data charges your network operator applies. The Game itself is designed to work without a network connection.

04 · Limited licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and non-commercial licence to install and use the Game on devices that you own or control, for your own entertainment.

We and our licensors keep all rights in the Game, including all intellectual-property rights in its software, artwork, card designs, audio, text, name and trade marks. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. No trademark licence is granted except the limited right to refer to the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

05 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute or otherwise make the Game available to anyone else, except as the law expressly allows;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, or try to obtain its source code, except to the extent that this restriction is not permitted by applicable law;
• modify the Game, or remove, obscure or circumvent any technical protection, integrity check, watermark or proprietary notice in it;
• use bots, automation, modified clients, cheat tools or any other means to interfere with the Game's normal operation, or to attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to our servers or networks;
• use the Game to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to upload or transmit anything harmful; or
• misrepresent the Game as an official product of another publisher, or as connected with a gambling service.

If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or end your licence and take reasonable technical measures to protect the Game and other players.

06 · Progress, stars and scores

Your completed tables, stars, best scores, unfinished board and preferences are stored locally on your device. They are game records, not property, deposits, investments or items of monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods or services.

Local progress may be lost if you clear the Game's data, uninstall the Game, reset saved progress, change device or install a version that changes the save format. The Game has no server-side account or cloud backup for this save. We are not responsible for a loss that results from clearing or losing local data, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

07 · App stores and third-party services

If you obtain the Game through an app store or another platform, that provider's terms and privacy policy also apply. The provider is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Game's content, operation or support. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

The Game may link to this website, to an email application or to a policy page. External services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party's content, availability or data practices.

08 · Availability, updates and changes

The Game is provided as an offline application. We do not guarantee that it will be available at any particular time, on every device, or without interruption. We may change, update, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, including to fix a defect, adjust a table or protect the Game.

Some updates may need to be installed before you can continue playing. We may revise these Terms when the Game or its distribution changes. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use the Game after the revision takes effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Game and uninstall it.

09 · Intellectual property

The Game's software, original artwork, card-table visual system, domino designs, writing, audio and name are owned by BELLE GAMING HUB or used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you the right to use them outside the Game.

Third-party names, platforms and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. References to Android or Google Play are for identification only and do not imply endorsement or sponsorship.

10 · Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or connected with the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, since this version is free of charge, is zero) and the minimum amount that the law requires.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights you have under mandatory consumer law. If a jurisdiction does not allow part of this section, that part applies only to the extent permitted, and the rest remains in effect.

11 · Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may end or suspend the licence granted in these Terms if you materially breach them, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Game.

When the agreement ends, the licence in section 04 ends and you must stop using the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law — will continue to apply.

12 · Governing law, general terms and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BELLE GAMING HUB is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be subject to the courts that apply those laws, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or to rely on the consumer protections of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of those protections.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Game. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor publisher of the Game; you may not assign your rights without our written consent.
